Excellent service! BIG RIG TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIR AND ROAD SERVICE truly impressed me. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and quick to diagnose and fix issues properly. One of the best things is that they are open 24 hours, which is extremely helpful in emergency situations. The facility is clean, and they even provide useful amenities like restrooms and showers for drivers, which is a big plus for those on long routes. There might be some wait time due to high demand, but the quality of work makes it absolutely worth it. If you’re looking for a reliable and honest truck repair shop, I highly recommend them!

The road service technician who arrived was completely unhelpful. They seemed to lack the necessary skills to diagnose or fix the problem with my vehicle. Instead of working on the issue, they spent a lot of time just looking around and didn't attempt any meaningful repairs. It was frustrating to wait for someone who ultimately couldn't get the job done. I would not recommend this service if you need actual repairs.

They came out quickly when nobody would during the snow storm in Indianapolis. Tire blew clean off the rim from an object in the road. Fixed the truck very quickly and got me back on the road. I’d definitely call them if I need service again. Friendly and professional!

Yesterday I had my truck repaired, and these guys handled my problem with true professionalism. They worked incredibly hard to help me, and I actually drove out of there around midnight — can you believe that level of dedication? On top of that, they’ve got a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience even better. A huge thank you for your effort! Special thanks to Marcos, who is such a positive and pleasant guy to talk to, and to the manager, Jordan, who was extremely kind and eager to help. Big thanks to all the technicians as well — you guys are awesome!
